Quality of Life Update!

It has been a while again!

I said I wasn't gonna do many more updates until all the content was there, but I want the current released version to be polished enough to not drive people away, at least.

The biggest additions are an upgrade to 60fps and a main menu, though there are also a few new fish, plus a few sound effects (which are still on probation).

All the art and audio is subject to change in the future; I just want to make sure everything is in place and working before I spend too long working on all the parts. There are also some noticeable style differences in the three (!?) years since I started, so it'll be good to do it more as a batch.
